In which there is a lot of knitting (and a little bit of tatting too!)~ En el que hay mucho tejido (y ¡un poquito de frivolité tambien!)

As I said, I have been bit by the knitting bug  the last couple of months. Today I’ll continue with the knit-purl parade!

There are details about each and every one in my ravelry pages. Lots of fun and quick knits!

That is not all, though! However, I will finish this post with a bit of tatting – a doily in progress (only one round left in the photo, and much, much less now, since I have tatted quite a bit since I took the pic…)

The pattern is “Amusement doily”, by Celtess, and the colourful thread is Jess!’s “Tiger Lily-icious”, that she dyed by my own suggestion, and sent me a skein as a thank you – I knew I wanted to pair it with écru and make this doily with it since I opened the package! So thanks again Jess!. It is size 40, but the écru is size 20 in the inner rounds.

I have many more things on the works. I have not thought about the doodads earring/pendant dilemma this week, though!

I hope you have a happy, creative weekend!

Thanks! I am not sure if I have been doing a lot, or just being lazy in blogging about it! (these things were all done since May – when I went down from 7 blog posts a moth to two…)

Oh, no! Not mittens – so early! I am NOT looking forward to winter – even if I had your beautiful wooly items…

Love the motif – very pretty colour combo.

LOL! See, Fox, I knit those fingerless gloves when they were really needed, in the middle of my winter – and Spring is in the air here now! So I hope I am not giving you too much “winter blues”, LOL

I am looking forwards to finishing my doily. It is my first one! I would never have thought I would be making doilies… but I am in love with this one as it takes shape…

Oh! I’ve been knitting too – maybe I caught the bug from you🙂 I love the colours in the doily though, really nice combinations.
